From programming, developing needs and budgets, through post construction evaluation we can support your planning process in the following ways.

Programming Phase

We collect and evaluate storage and work space needs (existing and projected), and propose effective, practical solutions with preliminary budgets, space and cost comparisons.

Schematic Design Phase

We provide schematic room plans, elevations and section drawings, preliminary specifications, equipment, materials, colors, floor load data, electrical power requirements, etc.

Design Development

Finalize product location and specifications; provide room drawings showing exact dimensions and requirements and accurate product costs.

Contract Documents & Bid Award

We prepare final working drawings and specifications for proposed systems; attend pre-bid meetings to provide information and correlation, and assist in evaluation or review of alternates or substitutions.

Construction Phase

Provide project management including coordinating deliveries, staging, and installation.  Deliver warranty documents.

Move-in Phase

Provide solutions systems training and assist users with functional changes.

Post Construction Evaluation

Create and review punch list with architect and client.  Review benefits of team relationship with architect.
