About Peterson Group

Myron “Pete” Peterson founded Peterson Business Systems in 1967 with one primary goal: To help businesses run more efficiently by utilizing space more effectively. He pioneered color coded file systems and introduced the space-saving concepts of shelf filing and high-density mobile storage so common in healthcare, libraries, governments, and all other business facilities today.

Peterson Business Systems evolved into Peterson Group to encompass the diversity of markets we serve. Per our original goal, we continue to deliver practical and innovative storage systems, filing solutions, and workplace furnishings that maximize space, improve workflow and productivity, and contribute to the functional needs of your company, practice, institution, or department.
